All of these offices are repeat high scorers and deserve all of the recognition that they can get.
When we've asked employees at these stations, "Why do you all score so high on the VOE?" we get the same answers everywhere. To sum it up, here's what the top offices have in common: employees care. They care about each other, they care about the customers, they care about fairness and decency, and they care about each other. "When one of us falls, somebody else comes right away to pick that person up, help them out," an employee told Postmarks.
